INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY
We here at Tigerlily are a majority female lead business. We take pride in celebrating diversity, inclusivity and equity. We believe that together we can forge women’s equality and elevate our strength and value.
We chose to celebrate this annual global event at Pinot and Picasso. This was not only a way to come together and acknowledge issues surrounding women’s inequality, but we also took this time to celebrate one another and recognise what we have achieved and the spectacular visions we are bringing to life together.
We are proud to be led by a strong a aspirational by a female CEO, Travis Wright. Travis provides us with the resources and support to feel valued and cherished in the positive working environment she facilitates. She encouraged us to spend the afternoon participating in meaningful conversations and reflecting on our achievements. We were spoilt with nibbles and bubbles, and the space to speak freely and get in touch with our creativity. This was an open-minded setting where our team could hold space for one another, and spend quality time together out of our usual routine
