CLUSTER MANAGER

FT (38 Hours)

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Tigerlily, our Cluster Manager’s are based in our top performing Boutiques and lead an a select number of designated Boutiques to success through inspiring store visits, exceptional leadership and unbeatable business acumen. Tigerlily Cluster Managers are responsible for up to five Tigerlily Boutiques and offer exceptional mentorship and coaching to all Boutique Managers and stylists across the cluster.

As the Cluster Manager, you will:

  • Implement targeted strategies to ensure growth, increase sales and improve cost saving initiatives within the Cluster.
  • Ensure all Boutiques and individual team members deliver sales and KPI performance above company benchmark.
  • Oversee rostering to meet wage and expenditure expectations, adjust regularly to suit trade patterns.
  • Review Cluster sales and KPIs on a daily basis to provide targeted, store-specific feedback and strategies.
  • Facilitate regular visits to all Boutiques within the Cluster, offering inspiring insight on individual and store performance, business improvement initiatives and coaching support.
  • Own recruitment within the Cluster, developing a passionate team by following best practice in all recruitment and training processes.
  • Offer ongoing coaching opportunities to all team members in product knowledge and selling skills to develop best-in-business stylists and service experts.
  • Engage regularly with VIP clientele and management processes to deliver exceptional customer lifetime value and sales results.
  • Coach, develop team and deliver on Visual Merchandising expectations across all Boutiques within the Cluster.

BOUTIQUE MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE

Celebrating our legacy of fun, adventurous and sophisticated fashion by providing every customer with an unparalleled experience, we are currently seeking a Boutique Manager to lead our boutiques. The Boutique Manager will be responsible for building Tigerlilys’ brand presence, creating a loyal database of customers within the Boutique and strong brand connections with local clientele. Reporting to the State Area Manager and working closely with the in-store team, this role requires in-depth knowledge of an elevated customer experience offer, KPI and sales performance and exceptional leadership skillset.

As the Boutique Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver a world-class customer experience
  • Drive unparalleled results in sales and KPI performance
  • Manage expense control, rostering and wages within the Boutique
  • Provide feedback and tailored coaching to develop best-in-the-business service experts
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising and ensure store presentation is of the highest standards
  • Control shrinkage and engage in loss prevention initiatives to minimise results

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous retail management experience
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment
  • Proven track record in delivering sustainable financial and operational results
  • Outstanding communication, problem solving, planning and organisational skills

ASSISTANT BOUTIQUE MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE

Celebrating our legacy of fun, adventurous and sophisticated fashion by providing every customer with an unparalleled experience, we are currently seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to support our Boutique Managers in leading our boutiques to new heights. The Assistant Boutique Manager will be responsible for supporting the Boutique Manager in all aspects of the running of the Boutique, inclusive of people, performance, customer experience and operational standards. Reporting to the Boutique Manager and working closely with the in-store team, this role requires in-depth knowledge of an elevated customer experience offer, KPI and sales performance and exceptional leadership skillset.

As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver a world-class customer experience
  • Act as the key support in upholding Visual Merchandising and staff training expectations
  • Drive exceptional results in individual and team sales and KPI performance
  • Provide feedback and tailored coaching to develop best-in-the-business service experts
  • Assist in operational efficiencies of all aspects of the Boutique and maintain immaculate operational standards at all times
