All Online orders are shipped with Australia Post and 'signature required'. This means that if you are not there to sign for your order, or have instructed 'Authority to Leave', your order will be redirected to your nearest Post Office for collection.

Normally we offer Express Delivery in partnership with Australia Post.

Important Information About International Deliveries
Due to the new COVID-19 restrictions in Melbourne, Australia, our warehouse may experience delays. Delivery may take longer than usual.
Please check your tracking number to receive the most updated information on the progress of your parcel.
Deliveries to countries outside Australia may incur customs or import taxes. These charges vary depending on the country the items are being shipped to and are to be paid separately by the customer.
Order Delivery & Tracking
Your Order is shipped with Australia Post. You can track your order by visiting their website or downloading the Australia Post App on your smartphone.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is processed and this email will have a link to Track Your Order. Tracking data will not update until some hours after purchase, so don’t be concerned if your tracking link doesn’t work right away.
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only.
We are not responsible for any late deliveries or loss or damage due to error from Australia Post or customer entered information. However, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you in tracking down your parcel should you not receive it within the estimated time.

Address Confirmation is normally provided at Checkout, so please take a moment to check that it's correct. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details however we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
If your Order has been processed and on it's way to you, unfortunately we cannot update your details. You will need to refer to our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.
