Returns Policy

30 DAY RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided you have the following:

Proof of purchase (order number)

Item/s are in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.

We are unable to accept returns on our Final Sale items due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty.

​Refunds must be processed to the original payment method.

RETURN FAQS

Step 1: Go to My Account and click on the Returns tab to see your orders, then copy the relevant order number.

If you checked out as Guest please check the order confirmation that was emailed to you.

Step 2: Then open the Refundid Portal and provide your order number to identify your order.

Step 3: Select the item/s you wish to return, provide a return reason (if relevant) and select your shipping method.

Step 4: Once you have completed the return, you'll receive a returns label to print and affix to your parcel for collection.

Note: Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of being received at our warehouse. Please keep your return reference number as this can be used to track your return.

Refundid is a third party platform that enables instant refunds. Log in or create an account with Refundid and lodge your return to receive an instant refund. Then simply download your return label and send back your items within 7 days.

Once your item has been received, inspected and processed and you meet all our Refund Criteria, you will receive an email notification of your refund or store credit. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, online returns may take 5-7 business days to process into your account.

Yes, these will be provided in the refundid portal.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at Contact Us with your order number and a brief description of the fault/incorrect item along with images of the faulty/incorrect item so we can assist you with a replacement, fix or refund.

No, we cannot process returns purchased through another stockist. Please check the returns policy on the stockist’s website. We highly recommend that you contact the stockist’s customer service team to further assist you if you wish to return or exchange your purchase..
