AUSTRALIA 

Standard Delivery - Free On Every Order

  • Free to all Australian Addresses on every order.
  • Receive your Delivery between 9am-5pm
  • METRO: Typically within 2-5 working days from day of dispatch
  • REGIONAL: Typically within 3-7 working days from day of dispatch
  • We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery Orders within 24-48 hours (working days).
  • Please allow an additional 2-4 days delivery time during mid/end of season sale, busy promotional periods or holidays.
  • Our courier service is Australia Post: Parcel Post
  • If the driver is unable to leave your parcel in a safe place your parcel will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post Office

Express Delivery: $14.99 On Every Order up to $200 - Free on Orders over $200

  • Receive your Delivery between 9am-5pm
  • All Express Orders placed by 12.00pm AEST will be dispatched same day.
  • METRO: Typically within 1-2 working days from day of dispatch
  • REGIONAL: Typically within 2-3 working days from day of dispatch

  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking information.
  • To track the status of your Australian Post Parcel please visit the Australia Post Website or Download the Australia Post App on your smartphone.
  • The delivery times provided by us are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for any late deliveries or loss or damage due to error from Australia Post or customer entered information. However, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you in tracking down your parcel should you not receive it within the estimated time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are excited to announce we now offer international delivery to over 45 countries. (For a full list of countries, click here). 

We aim to despatch orders placed before 12pm AEST (working days only) the same day.

We offer two International delivery services: Standard (via DHL eCommerce) and Express (via DHL Express).

Standard International Delivery

  • Orders over $150 are free, all other orders are a flat rate $15.

  • UK 3-7 working days
  • Europe 5-12 working days
  • Asia Pacific 5-12 working days

Our courier for Standard International delivery is DHL eCommerce.

Your order will be fully trackable. A signature is not required by most postal authorities, generally you will have a default Authority To Leave or Return to Postal Office option.

Express International Delivery

We are pleased to offer an express international courier service, DHL Express. We charge a $30 AUD flat-rate for delivery using DHL Express.

Receive your delivery between 3-7 working days (shipping may take longer to some countries).

Your order will be full trackable and a signature is required upon delivery.

Please note:

  • International orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
  • All International orders require a valid telephone number for delivery should there be any issues with your delivery we need to contact you about.
  • You may encounter a customs or duty fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of Tigerlily and this fee will be dependent on your country. All international customers are responsible for covering taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
  • Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
  • Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery and process any customs duties and import taxes.
  • Once dispatched you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details. We recommend contacting DHL eCommerce, DHL Express or your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Tigerlily is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at customerservice@tigerlily.com.au. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

For our New Zealand customers, there is a quick calculator provided on the New Zealand Customs Service website that will help you calculate any potential duties and taxes you may have to pay on your order.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS

Entered the wrong address? Give us a call immediately on +61 2 8362 1900 to edit it before your order is dispatched.

Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page as you checkout, so please take a moment to review it's correct. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details however we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
