We are always striving to give you the best online customer experience possible, with this in mind we are relocating our current logistics warehouse.

As a result of this and the current Covid-19 restrictions, there will be longer than standard delivery timings over the coming weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

  • Metro: Typically within 2-5 working days from day of dispatch. Please allow an additional 7 working days to receive your order.
  • Regional: Typically within 3-7 working days from day of dispatch. Please allow an additional 7 working days to receive your order.

    Standard Delivery - Free On Every Australian Order Over $100

        • Spend $100 and receive free shipping to all Australian Addresses.
        • Spend under $100 and your delivery will be charged at $9.95
        • Receive your delivery between 9am-5pm
        • We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery Orders within 2 - 3 days (business days).
        • Please allow an additional 2-4 days delivery time during mid/end of season sale, busy promotional periods or holidays.
        • Our courier service is Australia Post: Parcel Post.
        • If the driver is unable to leave your parcel in a safe place your parcel will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post Office

        • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking information.
        • To track the status of your Australian Post Parcel please visit the Australia Post Website or Download the Australia Post App on your smartphone.
        • The delivery times provided by us are estimates only.
        • We are not responsible for any late deliveries or loss or damage due to error from Australia Post or customer entered information. However, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you in tracking down your parcel should you not receive it within the estimated time.
