Where our Product is made

We seek out suppliers who share our vision of fairness, accountability and transparency.

Tigerlily collections are designed in Australia and made in India and China. Our design process starts with our in-house textile artists in Sydney, who meticulously hand-draw our exclusive seasonal prints. We also design our own hand loom textiles, which are produced the traditional way in India as they have been for centuries.

Our designers and patternmakers are inspired by these textiles to create the beautiful, individual pieces that Tigerlily is known for. Everything is considered, down to the bespoke trims, embroideries, beading and hardware to ensure our garments are like no other.

We are proud of our supplier network. Here are the communities that made our product in 2018:

Supply Chain World Chart

Our Factories

We are so proud of our long-standing relationships, in particular some partners who we have worked closely with for over 10 years.

Visibility in the supply chain goes beyond knowing the owners of the factories to include regular interactions with workers. We work together, to continuously innovate through the entire process from design, development, sampling, pre-production through to shipping. Our suppliers are intrinsic to all that we do, and these relationships have been built with a shared respect. We believe in transparency, and have made the decision to publish our factory lists.

Artisans of Fashion

In addition to supporting craft industries and age-old traditions, we are currently developing a capsule of hand-blocked resortwear pieces in India. This collaboration with Artisans of Fashion, supports a women’s cooperative in Delhi called Project Thrive - a sewing centre that provides work and training opportunities for women living in slum areas. The first pieces will arrive instore for summer, launching Jan 2020. We hope this initiative will develop into a long-term relationship where we can continue to have a positive impact on this vulnerable community.
